This hotel is in a more quiet part of Venice. Very easy to walk there from the water taxis. The room was roomy and very clean. Comfortable bed. The breakfast is an extra charge but it is extensive. Helpful staff.
A fine traditional hotel in the residential and school district neighborhood away from the busy tourist area. Walking distance from shops, restaurants, transit, grocery stores.
The room was larger than expected. It's clean and comfortable. Got a closet, mini fridge, safe and luggage holder. Be noted that there is no elevator for the building, and you are required to leave ur key as you leave the hotel
They have breakfast available for 10EuR a day if not included in booking from 7-10am with basic continental buffet style breakfast.
Terrific hotel in a perfect, easygoing location. Far away from the crowds, but not too far as to make it a hassle to get to the main touristy areas of Venice.
Everyone that worked here was truly wonderful, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. They went above and beyond to accommodate me when I wound up having to stay a few more nights.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating even when my friend arrived before check-in. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the main tourist area, but not too far. This meant that it was not only quieter, but I got to experience the parts of Venice that the locals enjoy. Very clean rooms and great service. Hopefully, if I return to Venice, I can stay there again.

Clean room, pretty view from the window, but the room is a bit small. We are glad we booked this place which is a bit away from the city so it's nice and quiet. Beautiful canals nearby and good breakfast places.
I like this style of hotels.|First thing you look when you come to sleep in apartmant or a hotel, if its clean and this one past the check. Bed is so comfy, i feel asleep as soon as I lay down. Staff is also nice and friendly. See you some other time hopefuly.
